Celebrate Earth Day with us in Beacon! We are partnering with local businesses on Main Street to give downtown Beacon a thorough cleanup. This is one of our biggest events of the year and a wonderful way to connect with the community.
Volunteers will work in small teams, each assigned a section of Main Street and surrounding side streets. Local shops have generously offered discounts to participating volunteers — bring your volunteer badge after the cleanup!
This is an all-ages event. Young volunteers can participate alongside parents, and we will have a special storytime reading about environmental stewardship for kids at the Howland Public Library afterward.
